2004 Chevy Impala Instrument Cluster Damaged,
Shipped by UPS
This was returned the same way it was shipped, with bubble wrap around it
and surrounded by plastic peanuts. Yet this is what happened to it
in transit by UPS. Click on image for larger picture.
Below shows the box it was shipped in. Looks like two separate
punch marks were put into it, or a pole was shoved all the way
through it. Old punch marks had all been covered by tape by
me before shipment, so these are definitely new ones. It would
also make sense for the appearance of the punched area on
the instrument cluster above.
